We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging intact. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at info@yukariwear.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and any original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
